This experience will serve the area of life or work that you choose to focus on, whether it’s an obstacle, vision, or action plan in need of extra support.

This offering is for 4 intensives throughout the year to provide support and momentum throughout each season.

What’s Included

3 hours together quarterly

If you are used to my 75-minute sessions, three hours feels luxurious. Without rushing to “solve”, we explore and unearth what is behind the focus of your choosing. With an emphasis on integration, you will leave this experience with new perspectives, insights and a plan of action.

Tailored resources

After each of our intensives, I will provide a set of custom resources. This varies depending on your needs but range from books, writing prompts, podcast episodes, yoga, or meditations.

Your Investment is $2,000

Pay $500 quarterly or take 12 months to pay $168 per month
