Shauna Marie Leishman

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Shauna Leishman, which took place on December 16th, 2021. She was visiting and attending to her daughter Katherine who lives in Scotland with her husband Michael. Katherine had suffered a broken foot and Shauna went to render assistance and company. She passed away unexpectedly, and peacefully, in her sleep.

Shauna and her husband Dave have been long-time residents of Cheshire, England, where their three children, Katherine, Erica, and AnneMarie, grew up. Erica and her husband Brian recently relocated to upstate South Carolina and Anne-Marie lives in Utah. Because Shauna lived a life spanning multiple continents (with children spread far and wide), we thought it most fitting to host two memorial services in her honor. One in the UK, where she spent the last 22 years of her life, and one in the USA where she grew up and lived, save for the 4 years spent in Egypt.

Below you’ll find information on the two services. Here are details on what we encourage if you would still like to remember her where in-person attendance is not possible. We also plan to record the audio and share it with anyone who would like it, along with photos.
